Inside Home Recording (IHR) is a podcast which has recently done their 100th episode and they need a new theme song. There are some guidelines to follow on the contest details page. To enter send your track to the email address mentioned on this page along with the necessary details and answers to 2 questions about IHR.

Prize:

One entry per person. Open to amateur and professional songwriters and composers. Winners must grant Inside Home Recording unrestricted, non-exclusive, worldwide license to their song. Winners will retain the underlying copyrights to their song.
