On 6th February a public vote will start to choose the finalists who will then be chosen by Euphoria Festival Staff.

The winner will perform at the Euphoria Music Festival (Austin, Texas) on April 7th 2012 and will receive 2 VIP passes.

One True Religion TV Show Indie or Hard Rock Opportunity

This opportunity from the people at Indaba Music which is split into two separate music contests here for Indie Rock and here for Heavy Rock. The producers of a new sports TV show called "One True Religion" are looking for tracks within these two genres. Submit your tracks to stand a chance of getting this music opportunity.

Prize:

1 selected track from both the Indie Rock and Hard Rock tracks will each receive a demo fee of $250 and applicable performance royalties as a result of any broadcasts of One True Religion, which is currently being shopped to major sports television networks.

Boomblastica Retro-Future Game Music Competition

Thrust Interactive, the makers of Boomblastica are looking for a 2 to 3 minute piece of "retro-future" music for the game. The game is an action packed arcade style shooter for iOS and Android. Completed entries should be submitted to this SoundCloud group. A flyer for the contest can be seen here.

The winner's music will be used in an upcoming level of Boomblastica plus the "BEST OF" winners will receive official Boomblastica merchandise.

Stanton Moore Groove Alchemy Video Contest

This week's edition of the Indaba Music weekly Brief is looking for your best tracks which are just 60 seconds in length. Your should think of your track as being in a hypothetical commercial spot at the imminent Super Bowl. They are looking for a concise and captivating musical narrative. If you think you have a track or can create one, enter it to win the $50 and entry to Indaba's Music licensing catalog where you track can get licensed to third parties.
